Operational Readiness Reports
EMS / PRM Operational Readiness Report
Comprehensive operational diagnostics of EMS and pre-hospital transport readiness in Poland. Includes KPI baseline assessment, workforce development analysis, high-acuity system performance evaluation, and strategic recommendations for operational improvement.
Case Studies
Anonymized Case Study: STEMI, Escalation, Transfer, and Suspected Cardiogenic Shock
Real-world operational analysis of a high-acuity STEMI pathway with escalation to suspected cardiogenic shock and inter-facility transfer. Documents specific workflow failures, decision delays, handoff information loss, and clinical impact. Demonstrates how operational diagnostics identify failure points before they become adverse events.
Executive Briefs
MOST Clinical Executive Brief
One-page summary of MOST Clinical's operational diagnostics approach, service offerings, and value proposition. Designed for hospital leadership, EMS directors, MedTech partners, and public-sector decision-makers seeking quick context on who MOST serves and what leadership receives.
Methodology
MOST Methodology Overview
Concise explanation of the MOST diagnostic approach: Recognition → Escalation → Decision → Transport → Handoff. Documents how MOST uses operational diagnostics, in-situ simulation, workflow observation, KPI review, bottleneck mapping, escalation analysis, risk scoring, and 30/90-day leadership action planning to measure high-acuity pathway performance.
Confidentiality: Reports are published with explicit client authorization and contain no confidential operational data, staff identifiers, or organization-specific performance metrics. Organizational anonymity is maintained in all published findings. Additional diagnostic findings are under review for publication. All materials are proprietary to MOST Clinical.
Access: Resources marked "Available Upon Request" can be obtained by contacting MOST Clinical. We will review your pathway concern and determine appropriate access based on confidentiality requirements and organizational fit.
Stage I Field Assessment Completed; Follow-Up Validation Pending
MOST Clinical completed Stage I of a field assessment in a public EMS system in Poland focused on STEMI, suspected cardiogenic shock, escalation, handoff quality, decision ownership, and transport readiness. The operational field work and analysis have been completed; follow-up validation of implementation remains in progress. The project demonstrates how operational diagnostics can identify measurable system-level risks without blaming individual clinicians.
